Web Design & Maintenance Contract

In this Web Profile One design and maintenance contract, client hires Marcos Felix to build and maintain a professional website for your Business.

1. Scope of Work

I will design and develop a website for the client, as described in Exhibit A & Exhibit B attached here to (the "Website"). The Designer will also provide the Client with hosting and maintenance services for the Website.(Required)

Exhibit A - Business Design:

The Website will be designed using a professional template and will include all of the necessary features as agreed & discussed upon the launch of the website. The Website will be optimized for search engines such as desktop, tablet & mobile. The Designer will provide the Client with one month of free hosting/maintenance services after launch date.(Required)

Exhibit B - Hosting Plan:

The Website will be hosted on a reliable server with a high uptime guarantee. The Client will have access to a dedicated customer support team & WordPress Dashboard. The hosting plan includes a free domain name registration under $50.(Required)

2. Payment

The Client will pay the Designer the sum of $1,500 for the Business Design and $500 per month for the Hosting Plan. The payments will be made as follows:

After 3 months we will discuss going down to the Starter Plan or minimum $50 (month-to-month)

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Client will own all right, title, and interest in the Website and all intellectual property rights therein. The Designer hereby assigns to the Client all of its right, title, and interest in the Website and any and all related intellectual property rights.(Required)

4. Approvals

The Client will have the right to approve the Website design and the Website development. The Designer will make any changes to the Website design or development as requested by the Client within the scope of the design.(Required)

5. Delivery & Acceptance

The Designer will deliver the Website to the Client within 30 days of the completion of the Website development. The Client will have the opportunity to review the Website and provide feedback during a Welcome Consultation, 2 Site Reviews, and 1 Launch Meeting. Once the Client has approved the Website in full, the Designer will make the Website live.(Required)
