*******Client Acknowledges******* 1. Services: For a monthly fee of $500, Provider will furnish the following website management services for the website located at Web Profile one: Website hosting and maintenance Content updates and management (details specified in a separate service level agreement or appendix) Security monitoring and vulnerability patching Backups and disaster recovery Performance optimization and uptime monitoring Basic technical support via email and phone 2. Payment: Client will pay Provider a monthly fee of $500.00 (the "Monthly Fee") for the services outlined in Section 1. The Monthly Fee is due on the 25th of each month, or the date Client specifies, beginning [Date of First Payment]. 3. Term: This Agreement will have a term of five (5) years, commencing on [Start Date] and concluding five years from that date or until the (5) years are paid in full. 4. Late Payment: If Client fails to remit the Monthly Fee in full by the due date, a late payment fee of $50.00 per day will accrue on the outstanding balance until total monthly is paid in full. If payment remains outstanding for 30 days, Provider reserves the right to suspend services, including taking the website offline, and/or pursue any remedies available under this Agreement and applicable law. These remedies may include, but are not limited to, demanding full payment of the outstanding balance, interest on the outstanding balance, and reasonable attorney's fees. Provider will provide written notification to Client of any missed payment within [2-5] days of the due date.
